3D model description

I scanned this fellow mostly for his right arm, as the one I bought had a broken (entirely missing) left arm that needed to be replaced. He also didn't have hand(s) so I modified the scanned hands of a 90s Action Man until I can find this action figure's original hands.

Assembly instructions:
I tried to keep his articulations close to how he is originally constructed. You will need to use elastics.
Use one elastic for the arms.
Use another elastic to string the head through the neck hole, chest, abdomen, hip, upper leg, hip again, abdomen again, out the other side, second hip, second lower leg, second hip again, back through the abdomen, chest again. Tie the elastic ends inside the chest.

If you print him in filament, soak the pieces in boiling water to make them malleable for easier assembly -- recommended for the elbows, wrists, knees, and ankle.

For personal use only.
Do not share the files or the download link. Do not upload modifications of these files.

3D printing settings

Supports are needed for all pieces.
The larger parts can be printed at 0.2 layer height with filament.
0.1 layer height would be preferable for the smaller or more detailed pieces or even resin for the head.
Print the feet at 45 degree rotation for best results.
Use the settings recommended by the manufacturer of the filament/resin you are using.
