3D model description

This is a mostly 3d printable functional ball bearing, it requires twenty 6mm airsoft bbs for the rollers. the bearing is 34mm OD 8mm ID with a outer race width of 16mm amd a inner race width of 16.8. once the parts are printed assemble the bearing by setting the inner race (tallest piece) inside the main outer race, insert 10 bbs, drop in the middle race insert, then drop in the last 10 bbs, then you can install the final thread in race, then your good to roll! Note the preload or "tightness" of the bearing can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the last threaded race, you may need to superglue the race to hold the adjustment you like if its on the looser end.

3D printing settings

thin layers like 0.1mm work best, i usually use petg but almost any filament will work depending on how you plan to use them.
