Santa would be proud for sure to have one of those! :p
A nice sled with a cool hotrod style. All this in the form of a nice 3d print of 280mm long!

The design is really easy to do. Multi-part, so no need for paint.
Most of the parts are support free, except for two parts:

-The chassis (for the counterbored holes under the chassis)

-The small headers, on each side of the hood.
Each of them requires only few supports, touching buildplate only.

All the other parts are support 100%free.

For the signages, the different colors are obtain with a color chage while printing. A simple pause at height in Cura or color change in Prusaslicer at the corresponding layer will do the job!

All the instructions are included in the form of exploded views as usual.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR THOSE PARTS:

-The "sun visor" can be print vertically or flat on the bed. The best results (finish surface) is obtained with the vertical print, but the edge against the bed is really thin, so you may prefer printing it flat. I printed mine vertically, with a brin, and everything was fine. But flat is much more easier.

-"Front grill" and "Front Grill with wreath support". You have both. The only difference between the two front grills is a small surface in the middle to help you glue the wreath in place. The wreath is not shown in the exploded view (it was added later) but if you choose to have the wreath in the front, print the "front grill with wreath support". If not, print the regular front grill.

-"License". Its a license plate with "Ho! Ho! Ho!" on it. I didnt put the license on mine, but you have the file, in case you wanna have it.

HARDWARE

You will need:

(4x) M4x12mm

(2x) M4x16mm

(4x) M4x20mm

(2x) M3x6mm

(2x) M3x10mm

Follow carefuly the instructions and everything should be really easy.

Use at least 3 walls to have nice strong parts. I am a big fan of 4 walls, but 3 should do it too.

Total lenght of the model is 280mm

Width: 120mm

Everything is printable on a 220x220mm printer. If placed at an angle, i think the biggest part can also be print on a Prusa Mini and all the other part will fit the mini with no problem.

If you have any questions, send me a message!

The files are in the dropbox under "SANTA EXPRESS HOT ROD"

(Note: A copy of these written instructions is also included in the zip file! ;)

Have fun and Happy Holidays my friends!
