3D model description

One of these table-bases broke in our travel trailer so I decided to see if I could design one. It's not a perfect copy, but it cost me a fraction of a replacement part so I figure it's good enough.

I printed it in PETG because of the heat build-up in the trailer over the summer, and because being on the ground it will be exposed to water. This thing is designed for the table posts used in American RVs where the post is 2 1/4" in diameter. I purposely designed the opening a little smaller than that to allow for expansion of the material over time. The post still slides in just fine.

Specs:
* 165MM outer diameter
* 6 screws; hole-configuration w/ 60 degree rotation and 143mm apart (OC)
* 56.4mm inner diameter of opening (for 2.25" poles)
* 46mm height

I printed it at 25% infill across the board, but feel free to adjust the infill at your discretion, perhaps just around the screw-holes which is where mine broke in the first place. I forgot to write it down, but at 25%, this thing weighed about 15 grams less than the original (147g.)

Lastly, my printer has a shimmy on the x-axis right now, so please ignore the course texture of my print. Enjoy.

Update 07/08/2021:

Some of the leg poles are tapered at the ends which makes them wobbly when using this base. If yours is tapered, you should print the tapered version (v2) which has an opening that goes from 54.5mm at the bottom to 57mm at the top, It also has a slightly larger base diameter (2mm larger) in order to allow for more infill around the screw holes.
