This modular training hangboard (4 modules) is designed to perform suspensions, pull-ups and other types of calisthenic exercises for specific strengthening of various body parts. Its progressive use improves strength and endurance in hands, fingers, forearm, back, abdomen, etc.

Designed for climbers, gymnasts, calisthenics and athletes in general.

It has 9 different types of grip, from very demanding 8mm rails to pockets to perform pull-ups.

In the images of cults the individual dimensions of each module are appreciated, the total spatial dimension of the 4 modules together is 56cm x 14cm.

3D printing settings

For its correct use and durability, it is recommended to print under the following basic parameters since it will be subjected to force and traction.

Wall thickness: 1.2

Wall line center of gravity: 3

Top/bottom thickness: 1.2

Top layers: 3

Filling: Requires 30% filler, this will be the structure that allows to support the body weight, even 40 to 50% remains stronger and stiffer.

Support: 8% to 10% support is required. The internal modules have support for the cell phone, as well as the sides, the pockets are in the air, for this reason it requires support.

Lower layers: (0) it is possible with 2, but the ones I have printed I have screwed them directly on a wooden board, for this reason its base will not be visible and does not affect its structure.
