SFF Computer case 14.9L, Mini ITX, 330x175x225

Ideal if you are looking to fit the biggest ITX parts into the smallest form factor without custom water cooling loops and much work.

330x175x225 D x W x H 14.9L 3D printed Case, STL files for 3D printing with optional x2 top mounted fans x1 top and x1 back exhaust fan for extra airflow for those of you after optimal cooling.

The model has been optimised 17 times until I made it to perfection. The frame is tested for an year, and all the mesh panels for 8 months at high and low temperatures.

All the parts are easy to assemble, the panels click so smoothly and stay in place

Printed with PETG and hold by hex cap bolts and brass inserts.

ITX Motherboard

CPU Tower Cooler up to 129mm

CPU AIO Radiator 240mm (max 280mm length of the radiator)

GPU Max length 321mm, thickness ~60mm, you may have to remove the bracket that comes originally, you may also have to use 180 deg GPU adapters depending on your card size.

PSU SFX up to 130mm if you are really good at cable management. (the brackets for the PSU are sliding, allowing 25mm adjustment in height)

SSD sata III possibly you can have one inside, but there is no bay to attach it.

Additional info:

All the parts are placed on correct printing orientation, changing that may cause issues with the mesh clips.*

The print is optimised to print without supports, but you will have to drill some of the holes as they have 0.3mm wall.*

You will need a soldering iron with an appropriate tip to install the brass inserts.*

The legs and the fan mounts have to be glued to the frame with super glue. The SSD bays is glued to the bottom mesh.*

The power button is discrete, placed on the upper left corner of the back of the case. Google "SW PC Desktop Power Cable On/Off Push Button" and order one, they are small grey and black buttons*

The PSU intake mesh is a separate part that must be glued to the back lid.

Update revision "B"

1. Pressure clips design amended.

Some of the clips had broken, the clips of the frame are reinforced now. Please download everything marked with revision "B"

1. Back panels now have holes behind the motherboard and the GPU for extra ventilation.

Due to the tight fit, behind the MB, there was an enclosed chamber that caused the MB to overheat in hotter climate. this is now fixed by addin holes to the lid.

1. Holes on the back side on the lid.

Many ITX cases and normal cases dont have exhaulst vents on the back side of the case, optional lid with holes is now added.

Use PETG or ABS+ to print the case.

5-6 Perimeters
4-6 Bottom and top Layers
6% Infill
0.3 Layer height
0.6 Nozzle (if you want to go faster)

Important!:

You will need at least 340x340 working area on your printer to be able to print this case.

For all the meshes use zero top and bottom layers.
Choose Infill pattern around 25%.

If you want to make the intake meshes denser to stop the dust, use variable height settings if your slicer supports it, I used 50% lines infill for the first 3 layers, then 25% honeycomb for the remaining layers.

YOU MAY HAVE TO DECREASE ON INCREASE THE FLOW RATE WHEN PRINTING THE MESH TO MATCH THE TOLERANCES, IF THE MESH PANELS ARE TOO HARD TO FIT, REDUCE THE FLOW TO 85%
MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE ELEPHANT FOOT ON YOUR PRINTER, THIS PROBLEM WOULD MAKE THE INSTALLATION OF THE PANELS HARDER.
