3D model description

28mm heroic scale miniatures compatible with any fantasy tabletop game. These are designed for printing on a resin printer. With your purchase, you will get both pre-supported and unsupported versions of each part of the set.

This set consists of enough parts to build the corpse of a venerated knight carried by monks, as well as a variety of armed monks. Assembly required; super glue is recommended.

The Kingdom of Notonnia is a place of contrasts. Brave, beautiful knights rule the land. They're obsessed with finding some cup they lost, and adorn themselves with funny looking flowers. On the opposite end of the sociopolitical spectrum are the peasants. They till the earth for the knights but are only allowed to keep the scraps of their bounty. Occasionally, the local baron hands the peasants a rusty halberd or a creaking bow and tells them to stand out in a field and get beat on by far stronger or better equipped opponents. The idea is that while the opponents are focused on grinding down the peasants, the knights can charge them in the flank. Whatever, just trust me it works.

One city in Notonnia is a backwards place called Skelle-le-tonne. Generations ago its ruler, Baron Torchibald, was given the moniker 'The Generous' because he once gave a serf two potatoes instead of the usual allotment of one. Thus the city and its inhabitants are admired by Notonnian peasants far and wide. In times of strife, the mad monks of Male Taile Monastery haul Baron Torchibald's body out of his barrow and strap him to a bit of log, armor and all. The monks carrying the log prance around, pretending it's the baron's long-dead horse, D'Ouvres. They carry the baron's corpse around the city to raise the spirit of the townsfolk. 'Tis a silly place.
