3D model description

Ok so my reels had really larger inner diameters and generally quite a lot of load on the feeding motor. I had a few cases of filament grinding.

I decided to reduce the load from the reel by reducing the rotational friction in the contact between the two cylinders through normalising the radii and reducing the contact area.

This is designed for the standard Ender 3 mount. As it is flexible, smaller diameter reels will also fit the same design. This approach works by squashing the spring system or cutting them to size with scissors. There are some marks for a +50mm Diameter reel.

All in all, prints well and runs even better.
