3D model description

Volvo XC90 (2006) MK1 Seatbelt trim
(did not test it but also may fit Volvo S80 and other volvos)

Replicates left/right plastic trim which are worn down in time when using seatbelts.
Covers up the hole which appears once original part breaks
Part Number:39966533 / 39966529

3D printing settings

Material: ABS (Don't use PLA- it melts and deforms in hot summer)
Supports: Yes
Cooling: OFF
Raft: Yes
One side print time- about 5h30min at 0.2 mm layer height

I would recommend to print visible trim side upwards to get better surface quality, use supports and thick raft with no gap between part&raft for better build plate adhesion and to prevent wraping of edges.

Cleaning supports and raft doesn't need to be perfect as it wont be visible.
