608 Ender 3 (or 623) bearing coil support

Minimalist design that fits over the original Ender 3 reel stand.

It uses 2 bearings and 2 screws (no need for nuts) :

/!\ Minimum inner diameter of the coil: 65mm safety for 608 bearings

Tested with 1kg coils (with a 72mm inner diameter coil: Sunlu PLA+)

/!\ Minimum inner diameter of the coil: 52mm for 623 bearings

For 623 bearings:

2X 3x10x4 bearings (int x ext x width)

2X M3x12 or M3x16 (depending on the version you print: with or without sideplate)

For 608 bearings :

2 bearings 8x22x7 (int x ext x width)

2X M3x20

It clips onto the original ender 3 spool holder (Ø30) and stands on its own due to the weight of the spool. And it can still slide on the axle to be compatible with every spool you buy (be careful with the inner diameter of the spool)

➔ Works great with 2 of these brackets, but one is enough.

For bearing 608 :

Material: PLA (Sunlu)

Nozzle temperature: 210°C

Plateau temperature: 60°C

Layer height: 0.2

Filling: 20%.

Printing speed: 30mm/s
