3D model description

This is a Wankel engine that works with compressed air.

Non 3D printed parts:
- 8 M3X20mm Screws
- 8 M3 Nuts
- 8 M5 Nuts (If you print the Flywheel)
- 1 M3X10mm Screw (If you print the Flywheel)
- 2 625 Ball Bearings (You can use the 625 Slide Bearings)
- 1 6802 Ball Bearing (You can use the 6802 Slide Bearing)
- 3 10mm long Graphite Bars

Important:
You need to glue the Graphite Bars to the edges of the Rotor and sand it to assemble the Rotor into the Housing, if you don't sand it the Rotor won't fit into the Housing.

If a part don't fit in place sand it a bit, the model doesn't has tolerances to prevent loose fits.

Optional:
Print the Flywheel for a more fluid movement
Put some graphite dust between the Rotor and the Housing to reduce friction

Layer Height: 0.2mm
Print Speed: Doesn't matter
Walls: 3
Infill: 16% is a good number for all the parts, is convenient to print the Eccentric Shaft with 100% infill or more walls.
Supports:
- Housing: On the plate
- Eccentric Shaft: On the plate
Raft: Only for the Eccentric Shaft due its small surface in contact with the plate and int the case you print the Slide Bearings to prevent first layer walls welding due elephant's foot effect
