3D model description

Master the speed of your EBike with this printable handle to throttle adapter. The file contains 8 different adapter sizes, from 34mm to 69mm and can be used on right or left handle. To install you need a handle slightly bigger than the handlebar. I have a 22mm handlebar and use a 25mm handle. If the handle is too loose on the handlebar insert a printed handle fit in it, the files has 3 different sizes to chooses from.First take mesurement from the end of your handle to the end of the throttle and add an extra 2-3mm. Choose the adapter size that fits your need and print it. Place the print on the handlebar and cover the throttle then insert your handle on your handlebar and get the adapter and handle touching and screw the first screw in the handle rubber. Take the handle off the handlebar and center the screwed adapter to the handle and place it again on the handlebar and screw the second screw and so on till all 4 screws are done. When finished place the handle back on the handlebar and cover the throttle with the adapter and make sure it turns easily and the throttle comes back to its original position when you let go the handle. Finally screw the cap to the adapter. Now you can enjoy a ride with your EBike with a perfect control of your speed and have a strong grip on your handle. Please leave comments and feedbacks. 3D printing settings

I use PLA on a Creality Ender 3. the nozzle heat is at 210 and the bed at 55 degrees with 100% fill and no raft.
