Btwin Elops 900 Rack Brompton Type Adapter

Converted my existing adapter designs for the Elops 900 Rack from Decathlon to work with Brompton style Front Mounting Adapter. Works with store brought front mount adapter bracket too.

Designed in Shapr3D on my Ipad.

There are 3 files:

1) Plate Version, that can be use with existing Brompton Front mount Adapters

2) Front Mount Adapter, a 3D print version of the Front Mount Adapter

3) Plate, This is for making your own DIY front mounting bag or basket with the front mount adapter.

3D printing settings

My 3D Printer(Ender 3 Pro) Settings using Cura:

Layer Height: 0.2mm
Wall Thickness: 1.2
Wall Line Count: 3
Infill Density: 20
Infill Pattern: Octet
Printing Temperature: 185c
Build Plate Temperature: 55c[Or 0c if no heat bed]
Print Speed: 100mm
Support Placement: Touching Buildplate Only
Support Overhang Angle: 33
Build Plate Adhesion Type: Skirt
G-code Flavor: Marlin

Post-Printing:
You will requires:
4 x 20mm - M5 Bolt/Screws
4 x 50mm - M8 Bolt/Screws and Nuts
