3D model description

Description
Developed a Tesla Model 3 master cylinder brace to help prevent unnecessary movement of master cylinder when applying brake pressure. (Use to help obtain the optimum brake pressure to brakes when brake pedal is applied - view other vendors design via youtube or other performance enhanced sites).

The Tesla Model 3 master cylinder is position about 69 degrees upward, my design has an adapter to fit on the other surface of the master cylinder to help capture a more level even bracing and to help center the swivel leveling mount center to the master cylinder and help prevent sliding of the leveling mount.

(***** Update -- I'm not suggesting to obtain the longer threaded swivel leveling mount, and have 2 Β½ inch length instead on 2 inch. see imagery attachment for part number and info. ******)

Also I'm using a roller pin with a threaded hole (that allows the swivel leveling mount to be threaded in, and gives a bit more of alignment adjustment to the cylinder cover adapter). (Note: if you purchase a regular rolling pin, you must measure, align, drill and tap it. I have provided a STL file with one already setup.) The list of hardware is provided, the additional hardware you will need is M10 & M6 washers and (1) M6 Nut.

This design also allows additional work/room/space to tighten the lock nut on the swivel leveling mount and make fine/tune adjustments as needed.

To install this master cylinder brace, you will need to remove the components in the Frunk, (There are steps on youtube,) also similar install steps by another vendor installing (https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/master-brake-cylinder-brace-from-mountain-pass-performance-mpp.195811/page-3).

My option is mostly using 3D printing, the filaments used is your choice, but I recommend at least Nylon, or Nylon/carbon fiber.
