3D model description

Motorized and Mechanized Infantry proxies for Battletech mounted on hexbase for direct printing.

Optimized to be relatively stable and print in any orientation with as little supports as possible.

Included is a generic <10ton APC with interchangeable turrets to represent any type of infantry the rules allow.

Nine separate turrets included.

  • Motorized Rifle Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version.

  • Motorized Machinegun Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version

  • Motorized Laser Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version

  • Motorized Flamer Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version

  • Motorized Short Range Missile Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version

  • Motorized Long Range Missile Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version

  • Mechanized Field Gun Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version

  • Mechanized Field Artillery Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version

  • Mechanized Field ArrowIV Artillery Squad in tracked, wheeled and hover version

Also included:

  • Motorized Infantry 'Bike Squad'

  • Jump Infantry using three-person WIGE sporting craft

  • Jump Infantry using civilian VTOL transport craft

The soldiers are based on the Steiner soldiers by Deadalus_BT but heavily modified for stability.

The hexbase was inspired by a very similar one by mechanicalfrog.

I had to make a new one to stabilize it, but it is modeled to be the almost exactly the same dimensions.

The bike is just a generic Tron lightcycle turned around and slightly streamlined and reinforced.
