Big disclaimer, first:
This is a toy and it should be used for recreational purposes only within the RC modeling world. Do not get any wise ideas. The creator of this thing (AKA me) assumes no responsibilities for any possible injury, damage to property or even casualties that can result out of misusing this design. Also, the plastic projectile itself, can cause serious injuries if it drops on somebody's head from a certain height. Exercise caution at all times. Not suitable for children under 16 years of age.

This design can work with various RC plane sizes. I designed it by mixing several authentic WWI aerial bomb designs as you can see in the attached image. The scale of the bomb matches the real size for RC planes that are between 100cm and 120cm wingspan. For larger RC planes, it should be scaled up accordingly.
Requires SG90 servo.

3D printing settings

LW PLA
0.2mm layer height
4 shells,
20% infill
6 top layers
4 bottom layers

Print in one piece or print the modular design and glue the parts together using ca glue or dual component modeling glue.
Fit the rectangular holes with 3xM8 nuts for balancing out he CG or the projectile.

Use a piece of 1mm steel wire and install it on the servo arm like in the correspondent assembly picture.
