Undead ruler of Githyanki, jealous and paranoid, hateful Lich Queen sustains her unholy strength by eating the souls of her fateful subjects who reach certain height of power. Her ultimate goal is to become divinity herself. In the meantime, she is one of the most powerful wizards in existence, gifted with mighty mind powers as well and plethora of insanely powerful magic items.
The last and eternal queen of Githyanki, she has gone mad during her millennia-long unlife, ultimately creating a cult of priests and inquisitors who cull the unfaithful among Githyanki and ensure that the rest of population fanatically follows her every whim.
