Wheel Size - Outer Dia - 46mm, WIdth(- 20mm (Part-1 and Part 2 each of 10mm), Center Hexagonal slot on Part 2 and Part 1 designed for 3mm through hole for alen bolt for wheel-hub assembly. both part 1 and part 2 can be fixed using adhesive or even 2mmx12mm alen bolt to add look.
