Roman Praetorian Ceremonial Cavalry Helmet 3D print model

This is an early Roman Praetorian Guard's / cavalry unit's ceremonial helmet loosely inspired by the look of the Romans in the video game; Ryse: Son of Rome. The Roman Praetorian was an elite tier and specially trained personal guard soldier who guarded the Emperor of Rome.

Included is all the STL files ready for 3D print split up into multiple parts and should fit any commercially available printer with a large enough bed.

Also included is the original .MAX file for version 2015, 2014, 2013, and 2012.

The model was created from scratch by me using professional hard surface modeling techniques and ornate details sculpted in Mudbox.

Pro Tips for Lost PLA: Print with 0.8 mm shell thickness and 0% infill. Glue all parts except mask together according to reference renders. Model spruce for the PLA to evaporate from and one to pour liquid metal in. Coat entire model with Dap Drywall Joint Compound and place in sand mixed with sodium sillicate.
