Octopus on Shell Tray - STL model for CNC The model can be used with Aspire, Artcam, Vcarve, Carveco, Estlcam or any other software that allows you to import the STL file format. This was designed as a double sided job. You have to chose that job type so you can carve the back, but can be used as a single sided to make the top face only, if you like it that way. It can also be 3d printed. In the zip file you will find the model in STL format.

The default size is 241 / 223 / 39.3 mm (9.49 / 8.78 / 1.55 inches), but it can be scaled to your desired size.

hello, i download the file. Yesterday, i went to 3d print company and told them to scale to 4,5cm diameter . i'm a jewelry craftwomen and i want to use this model as a pendant. i use valuable metal so it costs very expensive becouse of the thickness. When we tried to reduced the size of the object to 3cm in diameter, it weighed 9gr. but 9gr is too heavy for a necklace with a diameter of 3cm. can u please scale the object to 4,5cm diameter and thin the thickness off the object a bit to make it lighter. 9gr is ok for a pendant about 4,5cm diameter example. i'm looking forward to updates. thank u in advance
