3D model description

here it's the 68 cal version of the UNW HDR 50 'mag" pouch. it's basically the same pouch. or at least it looks and functions the same. but the 68 cal cylinders are interlocking... so I need to work around that a bit. so it should work fine, but it works the best with a fast outward pull, slowing it down can cause some added resistance.

to get a good impression what to expect from this item please watch this movie first.
https://youtu.be/fyzm-uRMhVg

there will be 2 versions a Molle version for you quested it to use on molle webbing. making the positioning more flexible. and makes sure it doesn't like to slide away.

and a BELT version so that on can be used with a belt. and used with the belt loop of your pants. will this model also stay in position.

for assembly watch the video linked above.
the only parts needed are 1 spring with a OD of 4mm in a length or 30mm, wire thickness f 0.3mm or 0.4mm should work if the sliding parts can move freely
and 1 M3 bolt in a length of 8mm up to 16mm

3D printing settings

0.2 layer hight is okay to use. I have moved on to printing solid for paintball. but if you want to cut weight it might help to do a 8 wall with a 40% infill. this was something I used to do and worked okay for me. PLA + is recommended

Print-bed requirement: the files are designed to work on a ENDER 3 Pro, that haves a print volume of, X 220mm, Y 220mm and Z 250mm. with that said it’s not necessarily maxing out to those sizes…
