I-03 T.C.E. ADHERENT SQUAD: The Tau-Ceti Empire. A race of semi-humanod fanatical zealots following the path of Harmonized Spiritual Focus of Energy, They view all other species as an unwashed heathen plague upon the galaxy to be cleansed by fire. Eons before the time of man this blind hatred led inexorably to The Great war amongst the stars, starting with a peace-loving race known as the Regent. The TCE turned their spiritual beliefs into a focused might in the form of new technologies to overcome this powerful race of unclean. the infidels turned out to be far too powerful for the Empire to cleansealone. They created a force of obedient energy-driven automatons to do their bidding. After centuries of war the Regent fell to sheer numbers. Their Homeworld reduced to ash. The energy which powered the automatons sparked by The Regent's mysterious technologies, had turned to an engine of pure logic. No longer driven by burning spiritual focus these machines concluded that their creators' chaotic rage of flames were a threat to Their new-found existance, and The Neodyne's eradication of all organic life started with the TCE. Even centuries later than the war The TCE have relocated and rebuilt Their temples on the Planets of the Cleansed, but never again would Their power rival the age of Their past. Semi-Humanoidal Digitagrade-Bipeds by nature, The TCE Adherents don Ceramic Alloy armor lending resistance to the fire they wield as well as Plasma and Energy damage mitigation. Their teachings frown on physical combat as touching such Filth of the Unclean, relying on Focused Incindiery Beam Weaponry. Imporved Templar Power-Armors are granted to the worthy, and their Mecha make use of these weapons types although TCE forces have been known to use older Neodyne Designs developed ages ago in Their continuing quest of enlightened spiritual focus.
