3D model description

I designed a G1 toy style head for Legacy Skids to replace his regular cartoon-inspired face. It's primarily based on the box art for the original G1 Skids toy, but can also resemble the IDW comics head as well.
The back half of the head was designed by Chocboa, and I was given permission by him to use it here. You can check out his awesome designs here!

This head is recommended to be printed in resin for the cleanest possible details, but FDM printing works as well (and it's also what I used). It's also highly recommended to be printed in blue if possible, because the top front of the head does collide slightly with the chest during transformation unless you take it off and put it back on.

To install the new head, just pull the old one off, then put one side of the new head on and connect the other side to it to secure it to the ball joint. I personally would not recommend gluing the two halves together, because it likely can't be removed unless you split the two halves.
