3D model description

I modified the outer box to add two additional shelves (mostly to maximize the space where I was installing it). I also removed a chunk of out of the center to reduce filament use and print time (by almost half). There is enough of a ledge left that the drawers still slide in and out as expected.

I modified the drawer design from https://www.printables.com/en/model/229597-5-inch-sandpaper-disc-storage-drawers to use his alternate designed handle. I modified one of the thumb holes to go all the way thru the drawer to help get under stubborn last discs left in the drawer. I also added alignment pins. This helps keep the discs in place, but is more intended to help for easy alignment when installing onto the sander; so the dust ports do not get blocked. Just need to rotate the sander so one of the holes points toward the thumb hole while pressing down. One of the drawer fronts is blank so you can add text yourself in TinkerCAD or just use a label maker.

I have not yet printed (tested) the 2x sized drawer.

All printed at 0.2mm resolution (with a 0,5mm nozzle). At 20% grid infill. No supports.
