3D model description

Use velcro command strips to hang up posters and pictures without having to nail anywhere. One hanger should be able to hold 4 pounds before coming off the wall or breaking the velcro. Just get a pack that you would normally attach to the back of a frame for this project.
1) Push the two velcro strips together
2) Pull off the adhesive on one of the strips and press it into place on the back of the hanger.
3) Line up where you want to hang the frame and see where to put the hanger. Mark or remember that spot. Clean that spot of any anti-adherents.
4) Pull the other adhesive off and press the hanger to the spot you have chosen and hold it there tight for about 60 seconds to let the command strip adhere to the surface.
5) Hang your picture!

I would make sure the arm of the hanger is dense, I did 95% fill and it's not going anywhere.
