3D model description

The Coffin Deck Box is designed to fit standard sized (2.5" x 3.5") Trading Cards such as Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, or Flesh and Blood, as well as the smaller cards like Yugioh. This Deck Holder is big enough for 100 Single Sleeved

There are 3 Components, The Lid, The Coffin, and The Insert. The floor of the coffin has pegs which fit into holes in the bottom of the insert. The fit is very tight, and will require force to join the 2 pieces together, but no glue or other fasteners are needed for assembly. The lid should simply fit over top the coffin base and snap into place. It closes securely, but not very tightly, so it's still not recommended to carry the deck box by the lid.

UPDATE: Added an Open Insert in case anyone wants to use the coffin as a regular box and doesn't need the Card/Dice divisions. :) (Great for Candy Corn storage!)

3D printing settings

Any preferred Layer height, perimeters, and infill should work well.

The Coffin Deck Box is designed for FFF/FDM (filament) printing.

This Deck box features Support-Free design, and very little assembly with no extra fasteners or glue needed.

The STL Files are oriented in their preferred print orientation already. The Coffin and the Insert should print with little to no issue, the Lid is trickier. For the Lid, I recommend turning off the "Elephant's Foot Compensation" setting (or setting it to 0) that is commonly set at .2 by default on some slicers. Because the Lid prints upright, you will need to have excellent bed adhesion. Using a light layer of PVA glue on your print bed can help ensure success if you are having issues there.
