Its 1948, the war isn't over, with the Cthulhu threat becoming worse by the day Blutkreuz Korps have begun to deploy more armor to the the field, in this instance more rockets were required to keep back the menace, as a result the Lothar rocket pods have been beefed up with added armor including the Blutkreuz insignia. Shortly after they were deployed a new version of the tried and true autoloading cannon assembly was introduced, this time with heavier duty heatsinks which allowed for a faster rate of fire and reduced wear and tear as well as increased armor plating after it was found that the existing armor was apt to simply "break off" during combat when hit from a certain angle.

NOTE: These rocket and cannon pods would also work fine on any other existing design and retail model as well should you want to outfit your current walkers with them.
