3D model description

Beater pivot
The standard overhead beater for the Leclerc Weaverbird loom does not have a convenient adjustment mechanism. I also wanted to move the fell line. This mod is the same system used on traditional Swedish looms. The metal parts in the photo are 2" aluminum angle from Home Depot. They will be shortened once I finalize the position. Print with the side with the slots down. Mount with double sided tape under the slots to find the right position then screws through the holes will keep them from wandering.

Pivot locks
I found that the pivot would swing if not kept very tight and would loosen over time. This lock prevents that. There is a defect in the STL at a filet which is easily repaired but I will replace the file soon.

Handle-hook
Just a simple way to store the warp beam crank. Currently just taped in place. I'll figure out a more elegant fixture eventually

Treadle pegs
These allow a shorter stroke and more comfort. I printed these with PETG with only 20% fill and found them strong enough. YMMV. Not a great design and the stl has issues but I had no trouble printing with Prusa Slicer

Beater Ramp
Most countermarch looms don't have a shuttle race when the shed is made like jack looms so the shuttle will sometimes dive between the ends. I made these ramps to support the ends and provide an 'exit ramp' for the shuttle. The angle is right for my setup but it is not super critical. The height of the beater bottom must be adjusted to just support the ends when the beater is back toward the heddles. Just print as many as required for the weaving width plus a bit and stick them to the beater with double sided tape
