3D model description

All ships in my Legionarii Fleet to make up a whole fleet of ships that would make a good Imperial Navy style gothic fleet. But if that imperial fleet was more Roman and less gothic!

There are 5 different ship types

2 classes can be built to your style by swapping out broadsides or turrets.

- Galea Class Battleship

  • Battleship with empty modules

- Hasta Class Cruiser

4 x Hull Types
2 x Bridge Types
3 x Engine Types

- Caetra Class Light Cruiser

4 x Hull types:
- Standard weapons
- Weapons will torpedos
- Launch bays
- Lance bay
Optional turret up the front.

-Scutum Class Escort

-Spatha Class Escort

2 x Engine Options for the Escorts

For the Battleship and Cruiser:

3 x broadsides
- Gun Decks
- Cannon/ Lance Bay
- Launch Bays

4 x Turrets
- Cannon
- Ballista
- Ballista MkII
- Encampment

For all ships:

2 x Prow attachments
- Spear
- Cannon

-Upscaled Display Spatha Class Escort. 3x size reworked from the small version.

READY WITH A HOLE FOR A 2MM FLIGHT STAND THAT IS FAIRLY STANDARD. CAN INSTEAD BE FITTED WITH A 4MM MAGNET IF YOU MAGNETISE YOUR STANDS.
(I do have a free stand download but there are loads to pick from. The ones with a brass rod are a free download on my profile.)

The Battleship comes with an optional cargo module to fit on the lower hull below near the rear. It bulks the hull out and ships in space need extra cargo! I do have 2 other cargo styles that are sold separately

EDIT 03/03/23: added the Upscaled escort files.
17/06/22: Both hull types for the Hasta Cruiser have torpedo or non torpedo options.
22/08/23: But actually added them!

3D printing settings

Resin Print.
Print from the rear at around 60 pointing up. keep a few supports arouund where the engine slots in to keep shape. The engine is printed seperatly so start from the bit that slots into the ship.

Broadsies
Print set from a short edge at 45Deg. The lance bay broadsides are best printed so you print the turrets facing up.

Turrets at about 45 Deg.

I use Lychee magic supports and settings
