3D model description

Kossel Tennis Ball Feet

I designed these feet for my Kossel to serve two purposes. First, as an anti vibration measure to reduce noise. Second, to raise the printer up enough to mount a 25A power supply brick underneath. Utilizing the tennis balls as a source of shock absorption is not only a cheap solution it also saves on amount of plastic printed. The felt of the tennis ball also provides a nice surface to set your printer on the table without scratching it. The tennis balls fits snugly inside the feet and although they can still be removed if required, they stay in place when picking the printer up. The before and after sound level is astonishing. I cannot overstate how much less noise my printer makes now. I would have never believed it until I heard it.

Mounting hardware required:
+ (6) M4-.7 x 10mm machine screws
+ (6) M4 hammer nuts
