Bambu P1P - X1 Top Glass Adapter

Designed for a quick usage until a full case mod can be created but gives the user a glass top to protect the Head and allow an AMS unit to be stored on top.

Things to accomplish/add:

• PFTE tube addition built-in or as an add-on option - completed

• Multiple color options for AMS unit's

• Built-in Y splitting option - completed

Easy print will require some supports orientation is up to you i would print it top down and mild supports for the overhangs and parts to give it better bed adhesion

will require a mixture of M3 and M2.5 bolts and nuts from the 8-12mm length and the occasional nut as not all holes are threaded or required i just punched holes according to the frame.

Some fit testing may be required as it is a semi snug fit to top of unit.

Will also work with my Remixed top slider and LED enclosure that's currently in development and also working on a full case enclosure mod

I have fit tested it ot my P1P's and they fit i did a few minor revisions that are untested but should give it more accessibility and better fits.

Dec 29:

added more wall thickness to back by 2mm
Adjustments to holes for better access
Dec 30:

• Changed the model to have the ends as clips and a full center piece

• Added TPU PFTE adapter for the back of unit the gets put in between the Backer and the frame

• cleaned up the model and added a wrap around front

Dec 31:

• Completed the v2 compile and test fits were within tolerance and should print for more users

• Made minor adjustments to the total design to make pieces smaller and easier to print in the event there is a failure

• Added a few special accessories that i'll upload to the design that'll help with things like an Upper Rear Filament holder, TPU insertable

• PFTE tubes and a Built in Y splitter from another designer that can be used as an adapter to the design (will release these as they are officially printed and tested!

3 walls
20-25% Gyroid Infill
Supports on(Top Down, with Standard settings (Hybrid and Tree don't seem to work right with model)
Brim 3mm /w 0.5mm spacing
75mm/s outer wall speed

Accessories: 60-75g +/-
