3D model description

I was challenged to design a drone frame that could be printed on a 'small' home 3D printer (i.e. Ender 3) which has a bed size of 220 x 220

Uses 5045 propellers on BR2205 motors and the battery cage is designed to fit up to a 3300mAh 4S battery

This is the result, might not be the sexiest drone but its a fun project and I can confirm that it works and flies!

I have included a STEP file for the full assembly so that you can make your own modifications if you wish and it will also show you all the fasteners that you will need to assemble it

3D printing settings

PLA+
0.2mm layer height
0.4mm nozzle
100% infill for strength
Most parts don't need supports (excluding go-pro mount)
