3D model description

The project to assemble requires technical skills, and additional metal parts such as screws, nuts, springs....
Some tools such as a grinder, drill, spanners,
screwdrivers and others may also be required.

In a short video I have tried to show how
the assembly process should look like.

The front sight has a 4mm bolt ground square, it is a few minimeters at the tip. and a nut securing it. The screw is used to adjust the height of the bullet drop.
The rear sight uses a knob for side-to-side adjustment. A spring and a rounded pin are used under the knob to make the knob jump. Such a screw can be found on gilette razors with interchangeable blades.
The eyelets of the peepholes are divided into two parts, more and less precise. these parts should be threaded so that the rotation of the screw causes them to move. the knob has a hole for a safety pin, through which the adjustment screw should be drilled. There is a spring mounted under the sight glasses, shaped as shown in the photos. It causes the eyelets of the sight glasses to be stiffened.
In both sights a spring is used to lift the sight parts upwards. It is shaped similar to the photo. It is made of 1mm thick wire and has 6 coils, the whiskers protrude from it to a length of about 15mm.
The pins for mounting the moving parts are made of 3 and 2.5mm wire.
The bolt for mounting on the picatinny rail is m5 with a nut.

The position of the components during printing is very important,
they must be arranged as shown in the pictures,
as the tracks laying make them last.

A GCODE file will also be sent in the attachments,
but this is only as an illustration of support. The elements
should be printed in the positions as shown in the picture.
