Hello !

Here is a big package, containing a lot of stuff you need to do your own 3D printed upper set for your Airsoft Tokyo Marui MWS. All of the parts are TM spec, meaning that you can use original or upgrade parts on your 3D printed setup, or you can use 3D printed parts on your original MWS.

In the package, you will find :

1 Sig Pistol Grip

3 different uppers: lightweight/sport/MCX Rattler

5 different handguards (Spear/MCX Rattler/MCX Midwest/sport/pistol)

1 custom Barrel Nut (TM SPEC) for the handguards

Complete external barrel (TM compatible) in different design

Hop adjuster (the part in the upper that actuates the hop unit)

Charging handle (not recommended, but it works)

When using the custom uppers, you will need to use the custom handguards though. The 2 parts buckle design is necessary to be strong enough (with the "strong_link"). You can use the custom handguards on standard TM Receiver though, with the included barrel nut.

You will need this hardware :

Hop Adjuster :

1x M3 Insert

1 X M3x5 grub screw

1X M3x5 socket head screw

Handguard (every handguard requires the same hardware):

2x M4x15 socket head screw

2x M4 Nut

2x M4 Insert

Receiver :

6x 1mm pin for reinforcement (small nails are recommended)

Charging Handle :

2x M3 Insert

2x M3x15 socket head screw

3D printing settings

Print the Upper with the rail flat on the buildplate. Small supports for the back (where the charging handle enters in the upper) and the small cube in the outer barrel area. No supports where the bolt slides.

The Spear Handguard can be printed full (243mm), or splitted in 2 parts to allow printing with small printers (like mine). Reinforce with 2mm steel rods, lenght 236mm. These rods are useful too for aligning the 2 parts when assembling the splitted version.

Use the spear_barrel_extension on the mws_external_barrel to get it to the full handguard lenght (when using thespear handguard).
