3D model description

This is a mold to make your own Toe Separators (finally!). Depending on your own needs, size both exactly up or down.
The grooves are to hold sturdy rubber bands in place to hold the halves together. Personally, I use a couple small plastic clamps from Harbor Freight.
If for some reason the 2 haves don't fit exactly, just lightly sand down the alignment nubs.
The silicone I personally use is 'Dragon Skin 10 Fast' from Smooth-On.com
Trust me when I say that you will need a couple hours once you go down the rabbit hole of their site. This is the special effects and fun-division of Reynolds.
They have everything you've ever wanted for your making.

And just wth are Toe Separators? Well, some of us have issues with our feet at night, and these toe separators that get lost, gross, and cost many dollars per 2-4 of them are sometimes the only thing that can allow we whom have toe issues to sleep at night or relax when we come home and pull our feet out of tight shoes. Try em, you'll like em, maybe, lol.
You can buy a kit from Smooth-On, or you can go to Michaels Art Supplies and usually find a 2-part silicone kit. Yes, if you want to wait forever and can deal w the smell I guess you could use common home silicone, but trust me when I say, and I have about 30 years of mold making experience, Don't. Just buy a 2-part kit from the store or Smooth-On.

This is my own custom design, based on what I really needed in this product.
I've included the positives used to make the mold in case you want to mod them for your needs or want to print them directly with rubber. Bear in mind that the reason for using a skin-safe silicone, as Dragon Skin is, is because these are directly in contact with your skin. The small kit, enough to make about 200 separators, is around $35 plus whatever they charge for shipping. I am spoiled having a location down the street from me, so I have no clue what that is.

For those of us that suffer our toes, Enjoy!
