Before printing, it is necessary to thread filament , insert a marker and especially with smaller diameters of the marker it is necessary to use a tension rubber that presses on the filament and all the time stains it to the color you use. Replacing it with another color is a matter of seconds . Use only alcohol markers. Personally, I have good experience with it . Larger 15mm makers probably won't even need to be pushed on the filament, because this system is primarily designed for them due to the larger tip area and greater ability to color the filament, but it is still possible to use different types of highlighters of smaller diameters.

The advantage of this system is the continuous coloring of the filament during printing (it is not necessary to color it manually)If you change the highlighter several times, you will often achieve amazing rainbow layers. However, it is necessary to use filament in lighter colors such as white, transparent, light orange, light green, milky colors, etc

Unlike other filament colorizers, this one is not designed for a certain diameter of the marker, because it is pressed by rubbers. It will not happen that the tip will slide out during printing.
