Orange Pi 5 Enclosure

This is an open sides enclosure for the Orange Pi 5 single board computer. The design features lots of room for ventilation and additional electronics while protecting the computer board from bumps and hazards.

The images you see show the SLA resin printed enclosure after some minimal sanding and a coat of flat black spray on primer paint.

There are two files, one for the bottom and one for the top. Do not change image size in the X or Y dimensions. You will mess up the spacing between the pillars and screw holes if you do. You should be able to safely adjust the Z dimension for greater height of you wish.

I angled the parts on the build plate, X=12° and Y=27°. Heavy supports, 50% density.

I used default exposure settings suggested by the printer manufacturer.

Post processing involves support removal, UV curing, light sanding, and carefully enlarging the screw holes with an electric drill or drill press. The holes in the print will be too small to be usable, but they are correctly positioned to match the Orange Pi 5 board. Use them as pilot holes. Use care when threading a screw into a tight hole for first time.
