3D model description

Airsoft BB Auto Loader by Functional Airsoft Printing

This is a auto loader for airsoft AEG magazines. It has been tested with Stanag midcaps (including EPM1's), Shotgun shells and Evo mags.

Uses a push down to activate system. Pour a bottle of bb's into the hopper connect up a 11.1V lipo and filling you mid caps will be a joy.
Includes easy unloading spout for when you have finished your day and want to unload you mags back into the hopper.

As the magazine is filled the force of the motor will lift the magazine up. Apply pressure till motor activates when upward force is felt allow magazine to lift off.

DO NOT hold down too hard the motor has enough torque to over load and split your mags you have been warned.

Parts List
This was developed over a long period with many parts from my boxes of bits. I've done my best to list everything needed below. This does need some soldering for the wiring. In the end it is a basic circuit the motor should turn clockwise while running when looking at is face on.

3D printing settings

Printed in PLA plus. Minimum of 5 walls and 5 tops and bottoms recommended high in fill on the wearing part areas.

Printable on standard Ender 3.

See photos for print orientation recommendations. This has been designed for the minimum need for supports. But some prints will need them. Discretion to the end user of where they are required.

Drive Gear should be printed with Zig Zag Top and bottom pattern of the torque will shear the layers.

The lifter shaft should be printed with additional walls (around 12) plus extra in fill in the area high lighted in the associated image.

Quick assistance video which should solve some questions that i've hand.
