18650 charger

18650 battery charger model.

Required (models in photos):

• TP4056 micro usb version

• 2-point toggle switch

• 18650 battery holder

• Display 2.5-32V

• 1 blue LED + 1 red LED [3mm]

• Red and black wire

Desolder the SMD LEDs and solder the 3mm (cut the legs if needed 1.5cm high) in place via wire (be careful of polarity). Place the switch in its location.

Solder the black wire on B- of the TP4056 and connect it to the - of the 18650 holder.

Solder the red wire on B+ of the TP4056 and connect it to the switch, from the other leg solder a red wire to the + of the 18650 bracket.

Solder the wires of the voltmeter on the previous colors on the support 18650.

Glue if necessary the elements with the glue gun in their places (leds 3mm / voltmeter the points towards the outside of the box).

Put M3x5mm heat inserts (outer diameter of the insert <5,8mm) in the holes of the box to screw the cover.

Insert the 18650 holder into the cover from underneath, place the cover on the case, press the holder onto the case wedges, remove the cover and glue the ends of the holder with a glue gun.

Replace the cover without pinching the wires and close the whole with 4 screws from M3x8 to M3x12.
