3D model description

I will be adding more parts to this as I draft them up.

These use a 1/4 inch by ~1 1/4 inch bolt and nut.
Ram styled clamshell style mounts.
They use tpu inserts to help grip the ball mount. The inserts push through the holes in the clam shell, then use some pliers to pop them the rest of they way into place, then just cut off the excess tail to keep them looking neat.

RAM 45mm shell insert, is 45mm spacing between balls.

RAM 60mm 1in shell insert, is 60mm spacing between balls.

RAM 45mm shell insert 6mm, are for use with a 6mm bolt with a 10mm head

RAM 45mm shell insert, is the insert

RAM 1in TPU ball holder, is a kind of "Blank" hollow ball that you can place a RJ/11/12/14 or other type connector in to hold wire and such in place if you remove a part like a display for storage.

RAM mount 1in 38mm ball, is a 1" ball, thats 38mm from ball center to mount face.

RAM 45mm shell insert 17mm, is an adapter clamshell for use with a 17mm ball to a 1 inch ball. it has added m3 x 25mm bolts on the sides of the ball to significantly increase grip on the smaller ball.

the TPU inserts do help grip the ball better, and if you want even better grip, a piece of electrical tape on the ball helps a ton.
I do recommend genuine RAM balls if you want the best grip possible for heavier items.
