3D model description

HDR50 Body Shell Bladerunner Inspired.

For FDM or SLA ( extra files for SLA printing included )

This download contains all STL as in pictures. And also a STEP file (in .rar file) with all add-ons. So you can change these add-ons if you like.

This model fits the standard and the extended barrel for HDR50!
You need a Umarex HDR50 to fit this build.

You need to have some little parts, like: M3 DIN912 screws and mutters. See part list on 2D plan.

Do a dry assembly first before gluwing anything. You have to seat some M3 nuts in body parts before gluwing!

The Ø1.75mm Holes in printed parts can be used to seat pieces of filament, for 0 tolerance adjusting of 2 parts together, as you wish.
See also my slugs for the HDR50:

Youtube video's of first prototype, (latest models in the download) :

*** Easy/Medium level build *** Great fun to build!
Sanding, only the support area's

*** Check before gluwing if you seated the M3 mutters in the parts ! Maybe you'll better glu them (I did not).

3D printing settings

Print with SLA scaled to 100,25%

Your own settings for your own material and type 3D printer

Much fun to print and build.
