M231 Firing Port Weapon Bodykit (Airsoft AEG)

HARDWARE NEEDED:
Front-end:
Airsoft Carbine Barrel with cutouts for triangle-sight
Airsoft M4 Delta Ring
Size 23 O-ring (check changelog)

Handguard:
2mm Steel Rods
- 125mm long x 6

Threaded End-Cap:
2mm Steel Rod (reinforcement)
- 60mm long x 1
3mm Steel Pin (OPTIONAL you can use pin from triangle sight)
- 35mm x 1

Stock:
1 1/4 inch (outside diameter, 30mm inside diameter) steel pipe (Buffer Tube)
You can vary the length to fit your batteries, but on mine it's 110mm

If you can't find a pipe with similar dimensions as to mine, just hmu and I'll edit the tolerances for the buffertube mount and cap to fit whatever you have.

ASSEMBLY:
Front-End
1. Install the carbine barrel and delta ring on to your AEG. (Make sure one of the "dips" on the delta ring is lined up with the gas port)

1. Install the threaded endcap up front and pin in place.

2. then install the handguards as you would any split-type handguards for ar15s

Stock
1. Glue the buffer tube mount onto the pipe and let dry. I recommend using epoxy.

1. Once dry, install on to your aeg as you would a regular buffer tube and screw in with the washer (I recommend using the same washer if you already had a buffertube)

2. Buffer tube cap is friction fit so just slap it on there.

Use any filament you like depending on its purpose. For displays I use PLA+

If you wanna play with these, use nylon or whatever high-strength materials you have access to.
