3D model description

Following my original design for an ENHANCED NEW LOOK for a Bug A Salt 3.0

I had a request for a version that supported the BUG BEAM this inspired me to remodel my original design and hey presto here you have it the NEW FRONT LOOK V2.0 (BUG BEAM EDITION) which is a vast improvement in aesthetics as well as functionality.

I think it gives it a more refined aggressive aesthetic compared to the original.

Many hours were spent making sure the BUG BEAM fits well and lines up great which required some prototypes to be printed.

I have also added a hole to allow access to the laser adjustment screw.

you need to slide your Bug Beam (original laser attachment from Bug A Salt) from underneath and then slide your barrel through the silencer and Bug Beam in one go.

3D printing settings

No supports needed when printing nose to plate.
Use the highest layer height you can based on your nozzle size
Infill 20% (default)
Print vertically (Stands at 5 inches (just under 13cm))

4hr Print time with 0.6mm Nozzle (0.4mm layer height) PrusaSlicer
95g of PLA filament

Application - I just used some clear Nano tape to stick it on (you can see this in the images)
