3D model description

3D printed Jeep ZJ facelift cup holder for the center console.

I designed it to be flush with the center console and fit nicely in the cutout.

Similar to the original Mopar cup holder 55196820AA.

However, my model is optimized in the lower level to fit 0.33L slim cans in both slots.
The upper level is optimized for standard 0.33L and 0.5L cans and bottles. Here the can/bottle is held well by the clamping parts, even on curvy road trips

In addition to the flexible version, I also created a version for printing with non-flexible filaments like PETG (or nylon, if you like).
This stiff version fits just as well with minimal clearance in the center console opening, and is designed for the same type of cans and bottles as the flexible version. There is just no clamping in the upper compartment. But the surface can be sanded fillered and painted. See pictures

To accommodate super slim (energy drink) cans as well, I created an insert. Printed out of TPU it can be easily inserted into the rigid or flexible cup holder - it's a press-fit solution. When not in use, you can store the insert in the glove box, center console or door cards. This insert even fits and functions well in the original Mopar Cupholder.
