3D model description

I was tired of carrying around and fumbling through the little paper bags the TBS ND Filters were shipped in especially during storm season when I was constantly changing out filters. This flip out case was my final solution to carrying these around in my drone bag.

Simply print out all of the parts, put the slides in the main case and secure them using a M3x18 screw (I used one from my stash of extra Prusa screws). Take care to slightly tighten the screw but not over tighten, remember you're threading into plastic and it will strip. You could heat press a threaded insert if you'd like but I was unable to test this.

ND Filters should slightly snap into place, this was intentional to avoid sliding the filter out and having it fall on the ground. They will loosen up over time and still hold filters in the slide.

  • 2 Perimeters
  • 0.4mm Nozzle
  • Using 15% Infill
  • Be sure to place slides with numbers facing up; case can be orientated with one of the flat closed sides down.
