Briefly in the Kinnikuman manga and anime. The one wrestler in the Scramble For The Throne saga who was never made as a figure... Until Now!!
When the brutal chojin, Soldierman, was empowered/possessed by the Evil God of Brutality, God Shark was on his original Team Soldier, along with Heavy Metal, Woolman, and Bulldozerman. (Bulldozerman is replaced with a generic guy in the anime.) Soldierman was a psycho that just for kicks would kill people who had the will to live while sparing those who didn't have the will to survive. Ataru Kinniku then wipes out all of the original Team Soldier, takes Kinnikuman Soldier's Mask assuming his identity, and recruits a new team of Buffaloman, Brocken Jr, Ashuraman, and The Ninja, forming the Chojin Blood Oath Brigade. The God Shark was actually a nice guy for a brutal chojin, but oh well. You can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs.

One without the cape is better balanced than caped one, but both can stand on their own.
Filing the bottom of the feet flatter helps.
3D printing settings
207 extruder temp, 60 bed temp, 90% fan, minimal efficient raft, custom supports. Had to go heavy duty support under arms for them both to form right.
If your material prints better at a different temp such as 215, the gcode can simply be overridden. Once it gets past heating the bed and starts heading the extruder, go to temp settings and change nozzle temp. After the print finished, it still cooled down as usual without having to set it to zero in my case.
Already to scale, but turns out a bit taller than usual M.U.S.C.L.E. at 54mm or 2 1/8 inches. Scaling to 47mm would be about the height of his team leader, Soldierman as Kinnikuman Soldier. But I haven't tried making him smaller.
Resolution: .12 layer height, 0.3 nozzle/line width
Infill: 100% (to give weight of original figures)
Filament brand used: 3D Fuel (made in USA)
Filament color so far: Olive Green and Metallic Copper, spray paint and a marker pen used
Filament material: PLA Pro+
Print Times: 5 hr 47 min for caped. 4 hr 17 min without cape.
Post-Printing
Carefully clip, and grab & rock supports with your clippers. Don't just clip through supports real hard as wedging them apart and displacing them with the clippers in between can break parts of a print they're between. May want to lay some super glue over the cape where it would be stressed by squeezing to strengthen it. It's good to file the bottoms of feet flatter.
