3D model description

This model has been designed to match the same sleek look as the M18 Battery Lineup while protecting your batteries from dust and debris. All tolerances have been fine tuned to ensure a perfect fit and snaps in place every time with a reassuring click. The Integrated Air tag mounting makes finding batteries around the shop or job site a breeze. The air tag slot holds air tags metal side up, for both ascetics and easy button cell changing. The hexagonal indents on the top of the clip allow for air tags to be popped out when necessary with the use of a shim or credit card.

3D printing settings

I printed this on an Ender 3 V2 with Overture PLA Professional at 210C with the bed heated to 65C. Any desired infill can be used but I liked the results of a 15% Gyroid infill pattern as it gave a good balance between strength, weight and dimensional accuracy. As for Supports, I used tree supports just for the edge of the clip lock as shown in the provided photos. I will provide Both STL and 3MF files of this model, for those of you who use STL, the units are set as (mm).
