3D model description

This is a jumbo bobbin; it fits an Ashford double drive flyer.
Print the 3 parts, drive wheel, outer wheel and inner wheel. It will also fit a single drive flyer.
Make the bobbin axle out of 3/4" PEX pipe. The nominal ID of the PEX should be 0.67".
Depending on the tolerance of your printer, you may hve to file or sand the OD of the hub parts to fit inside the PEX. Either way, chanper the edges of the hubs for an easier fit and glue the wheels into the pex. The drive wheel fits into the outer wheel, Same deal, chamfer ends and push in - sand the OD if needed. Glue in place.
Length of PEX axle is 90 -92 mm

Drill the hubs out to fit the flyer spindle. I use a 6.7mm dia drill. Start smaller and work up to get a loose running fit. The bobbin should spin freely on the spindle, but no slop.
