3D model description

The special feature is that the blades are aerodynamically s-shaped, similar to the Ugrinsky turbine.
This is the so-called "three-blade fish-ridge turbine". It is also being studied as a water turbine.

In order to be able to exchange all parts at any time, I designed everything to be screwable.
For the axle I took 8 mm round aluminium material and cut a thread M8 on one end.

bearing: extrusion width 0.5 mm, layer height 0.25, perimeters 3, infill 40%, 3 bottom/top layers
plate bracket: extrusion width 0.5 mm, layer height 0.25, perimeters 4, infill 30%, 4 bottom/top layers
bottom and top plate: extrusion width 0.5 mm, layer height 0.25, perimeters 2, infill 30%, 4 bottom/top layers
blade: extrusion width 0.53 mm, layer height 0.25, perimeters 1, infill 0%, no bottom/top layers
threaded bushes M3: extrusion width 0.4 mm, layer height 0.2, perimeters 1, infill 0%, 2 bottom/top layers
spacer: extrusion width 0.5 mm, layer height 0.25, perimeters 1, infill 0%, 2 bottom/top layers
