3D model description

My van did not come with the cupholder wings, and the pull out draw had the plastic tabs at the top snapped. I have designed two replacement cup holder wings, they probably don't match the originals but they do fit my vehicle, which is 2013 Right hand drive.

ATTENTION: The cup wings work fine. However, the generic tabs for bonding on the pull-out tray are a bit tall and foul the inside of the tray holder when you push it in. I haven't decided what to do about it yet, possibly will file down the inside of the tray holder housing. It is not obvious that they will foul until you close the tray about 2/3 the way. The better alternative is probably to sand down the entire broken tab and bond a piece of aluminium on there.

Files:

Passenger side and driver side replacement cup wings.
Generic tabs to fix the broken plastic hinges in the tray., these are cut down with some snips to suit how yours is broken so these won't fit without snipping / modifying them.

Extra Components:

The springs are taken from a clothes line peg and a pair of pliers used to bend them to the right shape and cut the excess with pliers..

The pins are a 60mm x M3 bolt.

The tabs are 2.5mm holes to take an M3 tap, which the bolts are fastened into. Bonded onto the tray with 2 part epoxy gorilla glue.

Print Settings:

I print the cup wings at 50% infill, 10mm brim, no support. The wings have some small inbuilt support columns that need to be snipped off before assembling.

I print the tabs at 100% infill with a 10mm brim as these need to be modified.
